WSB operates in the leisure market sector. No business, within this sector, will be successful in the long term if it is not active, all-involving, transparent, does not act following the on-going learning process and do not respect their own clients. WSB knows that it can be successful if its clubs are successful and each owner of a subsidiary centre knows that he can excel if his players have fun… and visit his Club again.
An active business: the way to success of the Club Network is both fair-trading and cooperation. Trust is at the heart of the relationship within this group.
A transparent business: everyone who enters our Club Network has to abandon a little bit of their autonomy, in order to enter a bigger economic framework. Each Club is transparent in its activities. This allows all other clubs to know how to achieve maximum results.
All training courses and periodic meetings allow each club to know and share both their experiences and information.
An involving business: WSB values the importance of feedback from Clubs and players. Everyone is invited to give any kind of advice in order to define our commercial and promotional efforts and to offer a better service. Everyone, from players to club owners, can grow in a professional manner within the Network: this means that each player can become a club owner, and thanks to our Facility Renting program, even if he/she does not have the entire budget. And each club owner can grow within the national Federations, or within the business Network, becoming Area Manager or Testimonial. |
